"We all brought glasses with us from our stores, we inventoried these, which were separate from the rest and we came across a perfect match! A man in his 60's needed a +12.00 eyeglasses and our highest in inventory was a +6.00, I remembered setting aside a +12.00 . I quickly grab them and headed out to dispensing. His old pair were brittle and superglued together, they were so badly scratched, they looked frosted. I put on the new glasses on him and his face immediately lit up!
